The cottage is ideally situated close to the town centre and has some great views towards the Abbey and of the surrounding countryside. It has been completely refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. It has off-street parking and a patio with table and chairs. It can be used together with Airy Hill Farm Cottage and cottages 3 and 4 Kingfisher and Magpie.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen: Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, table and chairs and woodburner. Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven and grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Wooden stairs to the first floor and French doors leading out to the patio.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds and fitted wardrobe. En-suite: Bath, shower attachment, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Gallery bedroom with king-size bed and fitted wardrobe. En-suite: Bath, shower attachment, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Garden: Patio with outside seating.
Parking: Off-street parking for two cars.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
